Mission Statement

To encourage and stimulate the interests of the community it serves by providing classroom and library facilities particularly devoted to the arts, gardening and local history; 

To obtain by gifts, bequest or purchase, and to maintain, a collection of books, historical documents and other articles related to library purposes;

To stimulate interest in the history of the Town of Ross and its surroundings through research, education, preservation and exhibitions; and

To further the purposes of the Marin Art and Garden Center as set forth in its Articles of Incorporation by creating maintaining and perpetuating a library dedicated to the honor of Jose Moya del Pino in recognition of his contribution to the Marin Art and Garden Center as a founding member.
