Jose Moya del Pino Reference Library

LOCATION The Library is located in the Octagon House on the Grounds of Marin Art and Garden Center, 30 Sir Francis Drake Blvd., Ross, California

DIRECTIONS: From Hwy. 101, take the San Anselmo/Sir Francis Drake Blvd. Exit heading west. Follow Sir Francis Drake Blvd. about 3 miles into the Town of Ross. At the stoplight, turn right into the Marin Art and Garden Center parking lot. The Moya Library is to the left up the path from the Grand Magnolia tree in the middle of the Center.

HOURS At present, the Library is open 4 days per week; Tuesday through Friday from 11:30 A.M. to 3:00 P.M., except for the winter hiatus which runs from the second week in December to the first of March. All Library Docents are members who volunteer to staff the Library.
USE OF THE LIBRARY Moya Library is a Reference Library only - books do not circulate. The advantage of this system is that the books are here when you want to use them !

HISTORY The Library was opened in 1965 at the Octagon House. Library Programs include lectures, classes, docent program, and tours. Day to day maintainance of the Library is provided by our members who are dedicated volunteers.
